Fat/Thin
Fat/Thin (Contact fixes) is all about low point control—the bottom of your swing arc—built on balanced pressure, synced arms, and a stable pivot. Miss-hits like fat contact, thin shots, and topping the ball vanish when you learn to brush the ground, set functional shaft lean, and manage angle of attack on your approach shots
- Diagnose: divot reading, two tees, Famous/Advanced Line Drills map low point.
- Pressure/pivot: pressure board, centered pivot, anti-slide chair, head-drop awareness.
- Release/sequence: trail wrist unhinge, trail arm cues, preset unhinge, straight-arm triangle.
- Ground interaction: brush the bounce, towel drill, alignment stick surfing/loading, pool noodle.
- Results: cleaner contact, consistent distance control, fewer chunks/thins, better ball striking.
Press play to dial in your low point and turn mishits into crisp, repeatable contact.
